Zero Waste

Now, the rapid development of society, every day, we either work or life, we will produce a lot of waste, resulting in a lot of waste, and causing pollution of the environment. Zero waste is to advocate a healthy lifestyle, is hardly generate garbage. In life we can reuse items instead of disposable items, or even some useless things can be use that secondary, and change its role.

We also can use zero-waste in design. Nature is reduced as much as possible of the remaining material, or will have extra material for the second design, which can be combined into a new and useful things.

I found many test pieces not be used by last terms. At that time, we just need to try the new technology with wax gun, but I didn't use the test piece in to my design. So it was left, in my toolbox.

I found two piece work with wax gun from those waste material Their shape is very casual. I've come across, you can merge them together, like a cage.

Resin ball after polishing

As before and then I found out one test piece resin ball, when I first found it, the surface is very rough. So I make it in a simple polishing, makes the surface more smooth, visually better.

The resin ball in the middle

Because two of silver pieces should to be welded together, and resins are not burned. So I plan to make the two parts of silver welding good then put the resin balls in the middle.

The most difficult part is to put the ball into the middle of the space. Later on, I will be part of the silver plate, fit ball size. Finally, adjust the position of the ball, and restore the pulling part of the back, stuck the ball. I get a pendant is looks like having a magic.
